Som erfaringsekspert, executive coach, foredragsholder og forfatter til bogen "Slip fri af psykopatens kløer" kan jeg hjælpe dig til at slippe fri og vise vejen til at få et lykkeligt liv på trods. Det er lykkes for mig, så derfor kan det også lykkes for dig med en hjælpende hånd og velafprøvet værktøjer og viden!
På dagen vil vi arbejde med egenomsorg, integritet, PTSD, hvordan stopper man chikanen etc.
Min største mission er, at vi kommer til at leve lykkeligt på trods!
