Der vil være mulighed for begynder klasse, hvor der ikke er krav om løftedragt.( I denne klasse kan der ikke sættes danske rekorder, og der løftes i Tighs og T-shirt )
Afhængig af deltagerantal løftes der muligvis på to platforme.
