Yasmin er en dygtig jazzsangerinde, historiefortæller og børnesangskriver rundet af den mozambisk/portugisiske musiktradition. Hun har flair for det at kommunikere med børn, og skaber et helstøbt udtryk - et helt eventyrligt og gennemmusikalsk univers for børn; et naturligt miks af venligtsindede historier, der helt naturligt slynger sig ind og ud af sangene.
Når musikken spiller, er der ingen der kan sidde stille. Dette er en sprudlende musikalsk fortælling om en safaritur til Afrika med vilde rytmer, frække aber og masser af sjov og ballade. Musikken er inspireret af forskellige afrikanske stilarter, med stemninger lige fra Sahara til Sydafrika. Der inviteres både til at synge, klappe og danse med.
