Summer is FIRE season. Join Sayu Yoga for these two Yin Yang yoga sessions, during which we will be working with, sparking and balancing FIRE element.Yin Yang Yoga is a slower paced practice, yet challenging.
Within the stillness of the Yin poses, we are looking for a specific stimulation in different body parts with the goal to access deeper body tissues. On this particular session we will focus on heart space & arms - stimulating the flow of energy through the meridians (energy lines) that are connected to Fire element and help promote the flow of qi (energy). Dynamic part of the session (Yang) will be a gentle flow, which will warm up our bodies and boost blood and energy circulation.The combination of these two Yin & Yang, just as it was practiced traditionally together, brings us all the amazing benefits of Yoga. A great way to both restore, regenerate and activate Fire energy inside, which sparks us to come alive, to be open and to feel abundance.

Register via link (billetto) to book a spot. Sessions are donation based and you can make donation via mobile pay(suggested 100 dkk).
Sessions are guided in English and open to all levels. The shala has yoga mats and all props we need, you can also bring your own mat if you wish.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Yin Yang Yoga ~ Fire Element tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
