Vi mødes hver onsdag over 6 uger kl 1730 til 19. - første gang 25. april og sidste gang 30. maj.
Vores yoga instruktør Karin guider dig til bedre form og mindfullness.
Et program er sammensat så alle kan være med.
Husk drikkevarer - for selvom yogaøvelserne foregår i langsomt tempo så kommer pulsen op alligevel.
