Vi smager sprøde hvidvine, der matcher julemaden, i samspil med yogaens bevægelser.
Vi arbejder kroppen igennem på et niveau, hvor alle kan være med og giver os god tid til at smage og høre om vinene - som naturligvis ligger klar til, du kan tage et par flasker med hjem til et specielt godt tilbud efter yogaen.
Vi afrunder med afspænding, der med garanti kun bliver bedre af de gyldne dråber.
En perfekt måde at starte din lørdag aften ud på - og en speciel god opvarmning, hvis du skal julefrokost.
Din yogainstruktør er Sina Harbo og vinen leveres af Holte Vinlager Aalborg, der også er leveringsdygtige i alkoholfrie alternativer til dig, der ønsker dét.

Gratis parkering lige ved døren og mulighed for omklædning.
Købte billetter refunderes ikke, men kan veksles til anden yoga hos SinasYoga. Medmindre arrangøren aflyser - i så fald returneres billetprisen.
