Min tvillingesøster og jeg gentager successen igen i år og afholder et yogaretreat på vores fantastiske Mølle i Sverige fra 15 - 17. juni. Vi skal dyrke helende Yin yoga, klassisk Hatha yoga og legende Akro yoga. Alle kan være med - også selvom du aldrig har stået på en yogamåtte før. Vores Mølle ligger fuldstændig uforstyret i vild natur og ved smukke svenske skovsøer. På retreatet trækker vi stikket i bogstaveligste forstand, idet huset ikke har elektricitet. Du skal have lyst til at overgive dig til at dyrke en primitiv livspraksis over en weekend, hvor vi hengiver os til natur, nærvær, fællesskab og udedas:-). På retreatet kombinerer vi hatha yogaens styrke og dynamik, Yin yogaens fredfyldte og helende praksis samt Akroyogaens evne til at sprede latter og skabe kontakt til sit indre fjollede legebarn. Om aftenen tænder vi op i vores varme vildmarksbad og om lørdagen tændes der op i Grillen ved skovsøen. Elin Carleke er udover at være vores fantastiske nabo også Sveriges bedste kok og vi kommer til at nyde godt af både grøntsager fra køkkenhaven og hendes evne til at skabe magi i et køkken! Vi sover på fælles sovesal, men man er også meget velkommen til at sove i telt på grunden. Vi har også en god massør med på retreatet; Nicolas Sibani, som tilbyder individuelle behandlinger.
