Over the years, the world famous classical music conductor Benjamin Zander has inspired and motivated leaders and companies worldwide with his lectures, courses, and not least, his popular TED talk about music and passion, that has been viewed more than 9 million times. You can now experience him in the flesh when he comes to Copenhagen in late November.
Over the course of four hours, Ben will discuss personal leadership and his passion for music - and in his own special way, he will openly and honestly share personal tales about an adventurous life on stage and a private journey as a leader and world-famous conductor. Ben’s energy, sparkling nature and formidable public speaking skills will leave you inspired, motivated and full of energy.
During this special evening, you will experience some of Ben’s latest revelations. You can expect an inspiring and intense lecture from a deeply passionate personality, who represents a modern form of leadership where the involvement and development of employees is key. Benjamin Zander is an incredibly skilled storyteller, and in his own unique way he will share many personal stories and introduce the lessons that have had a major impact on his professional career and personal life.
Benjamin Zander's management and coaching skills will also be seen in practice during the evening, when a group of talented musicians join him on stage. You will therefore experience a unique practical insight into how Ben works with his musicians in order to bring out their full potential.
A personal and life-affirming lecture.
Benjamin Zander is the conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra and the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, as well as co-author of the bestseller 'The Art of Possibility'. Through this lecture, Ben will introduce thoughtful and effective methods to create enthusiasm and passion for yourself and the people around you.
In his liberating and very personal style, Zander will take you on a journey to a universe where you and the people around you can simultaneously learn to overcome obstacles and create what makes the most sense for you and your organisation. It is possible that after this meeting with Zander you will start seeing yourself and the world around you with a fresh perspective. This period is very special for Benjamin Zander, as he is in the process of completing a new recording of Beethoven's 9th Symphony. This symphony is of the utmost importance to Ben, and he has been trying to perfect it for over 35 years. At the age of 78, Ben is on a mission. You will therefore meet a Benjamin Zander full of energy, and eager to pass on the wisdom that is closest to his heart. Every single day and every single second counts. Therefore, expect an evening and an experience you will never forget.

The event will last four hours and 30 minutes, plus a break of 30 minutes, during which light snacks will be served.
The event is open to all and will be conducted in english.
