I have 28 years of experience in the construction industry from Denmark, the Nordics and globally. I have worked as a leader, business developer, change agent and consultant within architecture and engineering. Since 2008 sustainability has been my focal point. In spring 2025, I started my own consultancy firm with the mission to support organisations at every stage of their sustainability journey. By identifying leadership gaps and offering strategic guidance, I help embed sustainable thinking into strategy, operations, and culture. I aim to help businesses and organizations develop their operations and use sustainability and regenerative thinking as a positive driving force for change. As a side-kick to my consultancy services, I lead guided bike tours in Copenhagen, focusing on awardwinning architecture and sustainable city development in Ørestad and Sydhavn. I do this because this is my local "hood", and I have been personally involved in some of the projects and are able to share insights and anecdotes from the design process. Also, it is a fun variation in my work life, and I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world and hear their reflections on how we have developed Copenhagen. I combine a technical engineering background, combined with commercial business understanding and strategic leadership.
