Teniu ganes d'anar a buscar bolets? Un any més, tindrem l'oportunitat de fer-ho aquí, a DK!

El diumenge 5 d'octubre tenim a la nostra disposició el nostre guia habitual, l'Alexandre, que ens portarà pels racons de Gribskov - un bosc antic i divers que ja vam visitar en l'edició de l'any passat. L'Alexandre ens ajudarà a identificar quins bolets comestibles hi podem trobar, i podreu preguntar-li tots els dubtes que tingueu per estar segurs que només us emproteu a casa aquells bolets que us podeu menjar tranquil·lament ;)

Aspectes pràctics:

📍 El punt de trobada és Gribsø st. Si veniu en tren de Copenhaguen, tingueu en compte que cal fer transbord a Hillerød per agafar el "lokalbane", que només passa un cop cada hora! Si veniu en cotxe, tingueu en compte que cal caminar uns 20-30 minuts des de l'aparcament més proper.

🕙 Ens trobarem a les 10:00 per esmorzar junts i l'Alexandre ens farà una introducció als bolets que podem trobar al bosc. Cap a les 10:45 comencem a collir bolets i ens retrobem a les 12:30, punt en què l'Alexandre ens ajudarà a repassar els bolets collits i identificar els que són comestibles i els que no. En acabat, qui ho vulgui podrà quedar-se a dinar a l'aire lliure.

🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Porteu roba còmoda, adequada al bosc i al temps!

🧺 Porteu cistell, encara que sigui el de la bici! Així anireu repartint les espores mentre camineu pel bosc. Eviteu posar els bolets en bosses tancades, ja que a més a més poden accelerar la fermentació dels bolets.

🥪🥤 CatalansDK portarà esmorzar per tothom, però el dinar i la beguda cal que se'ls porti cadascú.

Do you like hunting mushrooms? Now you have the opportunity to do it in the Danish forest!

On Sunday 5th of October our usual expert, Alexandre, will take us to Gribskov - an old and diverse forest that we already visited in last year's edition. He'll show us the spots where we can find mushrooms and will help us identify those that are edible. You'll be able to ask him all your doubts and be sure you only take home those mushrooms that are completely safe to eat :)

Practicalities:

📍 The meeting point is Gribsø st. If you are coming by train from Copenhagen, notice that you'll need to change trains to the "lokalbane" in Hillerød, and it only goes once every hour! If you are coming by car, beware that the closes parking area is a 20-30 mins walk away.

🕙 We'll meet at 10:00 for breakfast and the introduction from Alexandre about the types of mushrooms that we can expect to find. At 10:45 we'll start collecting mushrooms, and we'll meet again at 12:30, where Alexandre will go through our baskets and help us distinguish what is edible from what is not. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for outdoor lunch.

🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Bring comfortable clothing, suitable for the forest and according to the weather!

🧺 Bring a basket, even the bike basket will do! This way, you will spread the spores around the forest while you walk. Moreover, putting the mushrooms in closed bags can accelreate their fermentation.

🥪🥤 CatalansDK will provide breakfast for everyone, but lunch and drinks are your own responsibility.
