Cacao, also known as Raw Chocolate, is a sacred plant medicine that is celebrated as the food of the gods and has been used in Shamanic ceremonies by the natives of Central and South America for thousands of years. Raw cacao is considered a superfood and is the highest source of magnesium on the planet. It also contains a so-called "bliss chemical” – anandamide- which works with our heart's ability to expand, enter prolonged ecstatic states and deepens our connection with our sensual nature. It is believed that the spirit of cacao has the power to reveal and unlock the secrets of the soul, bringing forth our ultimate truth in a loving way that is immediate and lasting.

With an incredible mix of music, free movement & some specific breathing techniques we invite you to get out of your head into your body. Dance your way beyond the mind into ecstasy. Let your senses take over, awaken your erotic nature and let the energy flow freely through your whole body. By charging your body with life force using breath, movement and sound it is possible to enter higher states of consciousness and surrender into bliss. Music moves the soul and you will be treated to a beautiful mix of music to guide you inwards and upwards!

PREPARATION:
- We recommend you to refrain from food at least 3 hours beforehand - the longer you fast the more effective the cacao but feel into your body what is comfortable for you
- Arrive well hydrated (and/or bring a bottle of water)
- To get the most from the cacao try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, sugar or other stimulants throughout the day of the dance
- Bring a towel, yoga mat and a sarong if you like to cover yourself for final meditation
- Wear clothing that permits you to move freely
- Bring your favourite mug to drink the sacred cacao

This is an alcohol & drug free event. We will create a completely free, safe and non-judgemental space where you will be supported in personal journey & exploration of your sensuality. No peer-pressure, no drugs and no alcohol.
