Are you ready for another round of the Danish Aeropress Championship? Get ready to gather and brew, press, and push coffee together. It is exciting to invite everyone from the Danish coffee community under the same roof once again.

The event and timeline
As last year, the event will take place at Coffee Collectives roastery location on Godthåbsvej 34B in Frederiksberg. See location details below.
The competition will be hosted on Saturday, October 29th, and will begin kl. 18.00 and last until 22.00 ish
4 weeks prior to the competition, you will receive more information
2 weeks prior, you’re able to pick up your secret practice coffee (250g)
1 week prior, we need all requests in to be able to process them*
* requests such as questions, requests, wanting to borrow items etc.
You will receive 1 bag of 250g of coffee 2 weeks prior to the competition and 1 bag of 120g of coffee for the competition.
Once signed up, all competitors will be given a training slot of 1 hour sometime prior to their competition time, shared with other competitors. Please get in touch if you’re unable to attend your training slot and we will do our best to shuffle around – but we cannot guarantee it.

It is FØRST TIL MØLLE regarding the tickets so make sure to purchase yours straight away if you want to be sure.
The ticket with a sign-up fee of 150 DKK is for everybody that would like to participate in the competition. Everyone can sign up! Are you a well-rehearsed competitor returning to the stage? Or are you simply a home-Aeropress-brewer with a curiosity to expand and progress? We welcome you all..
The ticket with a free sign-up is for spectators. These are mostly for registering all entries and will most likely not sell out. Please only purchase the tickets you need.
OBS! When you sign up via Billetto, you automatically agree to the below Terms and Conditions.
The prizes
This year, we are pleased to inform that the prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are not only super grand thanks to our sponsors. More info will follow. The winner is competing to go to the World Aeropress Championship in Vancouver, Canada in the beginning of December.
Terms and agreements
When you sign up as a competitor, you need to be sure you’re able to represent Denmark for the World Aeropress Championship finale in Vancouver, Canada, on December 1st to 3rd Read more about it here: https://worldaeropresschampion...
All participants will have to write down their recipe right after their initial round. The winner will have to do it once more after the finale.
As a winner of the 1st place, you agree to upload min. 4 Instagram posts and do min. 3 Instagram stories tagging our sponsors – on the evening of the event, before, during and after the WAC. If you do not have Instagram, you agree to share pictures/video material to sponsors for use on their Socials. As the 2nd and 3rd place, you also agree to do one Instagram post and story on the evening tagging our sponsors.

Jag har inte mottagit min biljett via mail. Vad ska jag göra?

Jag önskar avboka min biljett och få biljetten återbetalad. Vad ska jag göra?
Det är arrangören som beslutar om återbetalning av biljetter på deras event. Du bör därför kontakta dem direkt för att höra vilka möjligheterna är just för dig. Jag har registrerat mig på väntelistan, vad händer nu?
Om fler biljetter blir tillgängliga kommer du, tillsammans med andra som registrerat sig på väntelistan, att meddelas om detta via mail. Köp av de tillgängliga biljetterna sker därefter enligt först-till-kvarn-principen. För mer information, läs här.

Var hittar jag länken till ett online-event?
Vanligtvis tillhandahåller arrangören av eventet detaljerna i orderbekräftelsen som du mottar via mail efter köp eller så kan det hända att arrangören skickar ett uppföljande mail med en länk till deras online-event.
