These circles invite all women with all backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, to be together.

This is an open invitation for the heart space of the feminine awareness: to connect to our passions and desires, to balance our minds and emotions, and lighten our creative forces from within.

The Feminine Awareness is the source of love, connection to life, creativity, sensuality and sexuality. Together we will enlighten and celebrate our joyful, playful, and beautiful essence of being a woman. We free our resources by going beyond our fears, wounds and old beliefs. We empower ourselves to experience our lives ever more fully.

During these evenings, Trine and Helena will facilitate beautiful, sensual, embodied practices combining gentle body movement, meditation, visualization practices and natural ceremonies to connect deeper to the beauty of our feminine essence. Through dancing, Trine will guide you into feeling the feminine power in body and soul. We will do exercises that connects us to the womb, sensuality, sexuality and to the wisdom within the menstrual cycle. To the sound of the drum we will connect to mother earth, feel her strength and ground ourselves. Helena will introduce ancient and contemporary Nordic and Tibetan shamanic practices, which are deeply based in the feminine energies. The force that we awaken will help us to connect to our true selves, to feel our dreams, passions, creativity and love.

During the first evening, we will balance our body-mind-soul-continuums for accessing the deeper reservoirs of our feminine psyches and embodied sensations. You will receive home practices, which carry and support your life journey as a carrier of the sacred feminine energy. This leads us to the second evening, when we will use this base for looking deeper into the passion and desire of our feminine essence. Talking about the beautiful power of the menstrual cycle. By this combination, we have balanced the body-mind-heart connection to express ourselves more maturely, deeply, and ultimately.

You can access these two evenings together or individually, but we do recommend to join us for the whole journey from the first evening to the second.

The Circle will continue during the spring time with three additional meetings for those interested. As the highlight of our shared process, we offer a Retreat in Feminine Awareness later in 2018 (late spring or summer) These events are announced by the time of our December circle.

This will be a transformational process, which will reflect in our feminine hearts during our lives.

Trine Damberg Nissen:

Trine is an educated dancer and dance teacher and for the last 15 years she has been teaching dancing. She believes dancing can be a route to the truth of who we are beyond our names, beliefs, titles, achievements, memories and identities.

Trine participated in different womens circles in Copenhagen and abroad, both tantric and non-tantric. Through the practice of dance, yoga, breathwork, meditation, singing, mantra, yoga-massage, relaxation, and sensuality, she finds her deeper contact with body, feelings, and sexuality, in a soft and natural way.

She loves to share her experiences, and be equally inspired by other women. She finds herself in spontanity and creativity. She is the founder of Ladies Affair, which offers womens circles, courses and retreats for women to awaken the feminine energy within themselves. www.ladies-affair.com

Helena Karhu:

Helena (M.Soc.Sc, BA) is a full-time shamanic healer, teacher, and ritual artist, originally from Finland. She is a mother of 5-year old twins. As a trained anthropologist, Helena researches the shamanic experience of women, such as visionary seeing, shamanic knowing, and healing, and is currently preparing to start her Ph.D. in the topic.

In Copenhagen, Helena has a shamanic company called Umao Healing & Artwork, with intention to bring contemporary services of shamanic professional in urban environment, such as shamanic therapy and counselling, healing, and ceremonial services. Helenas main teacher is a Peruvian shaman don Oscar Miro-Quesada, who has taught Helena advanced studies in shamanic medicine arts, alchemy, and magic.

Helena’s background is deeply based in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and practice, and she has received initiations for carrying this legacy further in her practice. Helenas approach is insightful, light-hearted and playful, as she shares the space with radiance and clarity of mind. Registration: The course fee is special deal of 750 DKK / 2 circles when paid together or 500 DKK / per circle
