She has spent decades working and researching within the entrepreneurial, experience design, and female empowerment spaces. In recent years, her focus has expanded into destination and specialty travel, as well as integrative wellness. An accomplished writer, Lori has been published in a range of prestigious and industry-specific publications. She holds more than ten individual Amazon #1 titles and has guided over one hundred new authors to achieve bestseller status. In 2015, she conceptualized, designed, and implemented a global online entrepreneur conference livestreamed continuously for 168 hours, engaging 20,000 attendees in pursuit of a (then) pending world record. Born in New York City, Lori lived throughout the Eastern and Midwestern United States before moving to London to complete her undergraduate studies, later returning there to work. She has also lived in Paris and has called Copenhagen home for nearly 40 years. INDSPARK derives from the Danish word indspark , borrowed from European football (soccer), meaning an outside kick-in. In Danish, it commonly signifies outside insight, inspiration, perspective, and motivation—an apt reflection of Lori's work. In 2007/2008, she founded elevAteHer , inspired while teaching female entrepreneurs how to craft compelling "elevator pitches" for the Danish Municipality. Heartfelt Sound emerged from a profound period of grief and loss, during which sound therapy played a transformative role in her healing. She received her first certification as a sound therapy practitioner and has since continued to deepen her practice and pursue advanced knowledge in related wellness modalities.
