Efter fødsel – Babyleg & Førstehjælp (baby 0-7 mdr.)
Kulturcenter Kildevæld mandag den 8.april kl.10-11
For dig, der gerne vil have inspiration til babyleg og træning hjemme.
I den første halvdel af workshoppen gennemgår vi en række dejlige øvelser, som styrker din krops muskler og bindevæv efter graviditet og fødsel. Baby leger med, og får stimuleret sanser, balance og motorik.
Du får også vist andre glade babylege, som stimulerer den lille. Du får at vide, hvad baby kan tåle på forskellige udviklingstrin – f.eks. hvilke kolbøtter, de kan lave hvornår.
I den anden halvdel af workshoppen sætter vi fokus på førstehjælp til hvis baby får noget galt i halsen – hvordan man fjerner fremmedlegemer fra luftvejen.
Vi træner teknikkerne grundigt på førstehjælpsdukker.
Efter undervisningen fremsendes noter på mail til de interesserede.
Medbring blødt underlag til dig selv og din baby.
For mødre med børn i alderen 0-7 mdr.
Gravide er også velkomne (medbring gerne en dukke/bamse).
Workshoppen foregår i Kildevæld Kulturcenter, Bellmansgade 3 C i Kultursalen,
barnevogne må gerne medbringes.

Marianne er forfatter til bogen Efter fødsel – træning og babyleg,
Efter workshoppen står børnebibliotekar Birgitte klar med aktuelle pegebøger og bøger til de voksne.
De er klar til at blive lånt ud – blot du har downloadet bibliotekets app, og er meldt ind i biblioteks systemet.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
