Bruger du digitale værktøjer som TripAdvisor og Google i din online kommunikation, men vil du gerne blive styrke din strategi til at få højere popularitet, optimere din side og få flere bookinger?
På dette kursus tager vi udgangspunkt i din digitale strategi og bygger ovenpå med nye funktioner, der kan styrke forretning endnu mere. Herudover ser vi også på, hvordan du kan bruge Google for Business i din markedsføring.
Det lærer du:
- At forbedre din virksomheds placering i popularitetsindekset
- At optimere din side på TripAdvisor
- At få flere bookinger ved at lave et storyboard
- At forbedre din virksomheds placering i popularitetsindekset
- At registrere din virksomhed på Google for Business og markedsføre din virksomhed dér
- At administrere anmeldelser fra kunder på Google og yde gode kundeservice
Underviseren
Kurset bliver afholdt af turismekonsulent Niels Frederik Lund fra Stevns Erhvervsråd. Niels Frederik Lund har mange års erfaring med turisme fra Albatros Rejser, Gislev Rejser og Marco Polo. Herudover har han lavet en Ph.d. i samarbejde med Visit Denmark, der handler om turisters brug af sociale medier til at fortælle om deres oplevelser.
Kurset er for dig, der:
- Har en profil på TripAdvisor, som du gerne vil udvikle endnu mere.
Kurset er målrettet turismevirksomheder i Stevns Kommune, men kunne du også tænke dig at deltage, kan du kontakte Niels Frederik Lund på frederik@stevnserhvervsraad.dk og forhøre dig.
Pris og tilmelding:
Kurset koster 200 kr. og der vil blive serveret snacks, kaffe og te under kurset.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
