I 1905 blev der i alle landets kommuner oprettet værgeråd – fra 1933 til 1976 kaldet børneværn. De skulle føre tilsyn med børn, give forældre advarsler og kunne i sidste instans tvangsfjerne barnet. Men hvordan sikrede børneværnet sig, at deres ofte gennemgribende beslutninger skete på veloplyst grundlag? Langt de fleste anbringelsessager var kendetegnet ved at befinde sig i en gråzone, hvor der ikke var tale om brutale mishandlingssager. Så hvordan blev disse ’gråzonesager’ til anbringelsessager? Eftermiddagens foredragsholder er historiker og ph.d. Cecilie Bjerre.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
