Hvis du også sammenligner dig selv med andre og ikke kan lide dit spejlbillede uden tøj på, så kom med.
Katrine Gisiger fortæller om sin egen rejse af at være meget begrænset af sin krop, til at kunne gøre hvad hun vil, uanset hvad andre tænker og synes.
Hun vil sætte ord på hvorfor og hvordan det sker, samt hvad man kan gøre for ikke at være slave af kropsidealet.
Det ved hjælp af forskellige værktøjer, du kan bruge i din hverdag eller hjælpe andre med, hvis du er pårørende til en med en der har det svært med sin krop.
Derudover kommer pigerne fra serien Selvglad og fortæller hvor de er nu 🎬

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
