Om koncerten

15. august står jazzduoen Emil de Waal og Gustaf Ljunggren på Scenen på SMK. Oplev de to eminente jazzmusikere i en koncert, hvor de lader sig inspirere af Franciska Clausens værk; Cercle et Carré (Cirkel og firkant) fra 1930.

Om duoen

De debuterede på Copenhagen Jazzfestival i 2011 og har spillet sammen i 20 år med alt og alle og på alle slags scener i hele verden. 

Sammen har de blandt andre spillet med Kim Larsen, Nik & Jay, Povl Dissing, Sanne Salomonsen, Steffen Brandt, Band of Horses, Tim Christensen, Søs Fenger, Lis Sørensen, Lars H.U.G., Rugsted & Kreutzfeldt, Allan Olsen, Thomas Dybdahl, Søren Sko og mange flere.
