Women In Office er en koncertrække, med fokus på kvindelige artister.
Der er behov for at ændre på den skæve kønsbalance i musikbranchen, og derfor giver Home Concerts i 2023 scenen på La Oficina, udelukkende til kvindelige artister!
Her spiller de kvindelige artister helt intimt. Der gives plads til historiefortælling, og der lægges vægt på at publikum får følelsen af at være en del af en unik, og meget personlig aften.

Kira Skov er på vej med nyt album og spiller en særlig intimkoncert til Women In Office på La Oficina. Flankeret af sit band drager hun dig ind i sin melankolske mørkeland af folk, americana og rock, når hun spiller sange fra sit bagkatalog og det nye album, der opfølger den stærk anmelderroste udgivelse ‘Spirit Tree’ fra 2021.
Kira har haft et travlt år. I 2022 har hun både turneret med duetterne fra Spirit Tree pladen, medvirket i Toppen af Poppen og spillet genforenings-tour med Kira and the Kindred Spirits i en fejring af 20-års jubilæet for deres debutplade Happiness Saves Lives.
Begge turnéer høstede 5-stjernede anmeldelser og stor begejstring på landets spillesteder.
I August tog hun til Peter Gabriels legendariske studie RealWorld med hendes partner Silas Tinglef. Her indspillede de en samling nye sange i samarbejde med Kiras mange årige samarbejdspartner John Parish (PJ Harvey, sparkle horse m.fl), Billy Fuller (Beak, Robert Plant m.fl) og teknikeren Head (PJ Harvey, Marianne Faithfull, James Blake m.fl).
Sangene reflekterer over den tid vi lever i, og er i sit udtryk mere ekspressivt end Kiras seneste plader, med enkelte afstikkere som bygger bro til de mere folk’ede kompositioner fra Spirit Tree og Echo of You. Den første single herfra er sangen Debbie, en hyldest til punkikonet Debbie Harry fra Blondie.
