KK Organ Sound Art Festival 2021 II • 16-19 december 2021
Organ Sound Art Festival 2021 II er en 4-dages musik- og lydkunstfestival i KoncertKirken på Blågårds Plads, som løber fra den 16-19. december 2021.
En lang række danske og internationale kunstnere vil her præsentere musik- og lydværker, der tager udgangspunkt i kirkens romantiske hovedorgel (Marcussen, 1926), og kirkens særlige rum og akustik. Festivalen ønsker at udforske relationen mellem lyd, musik og arkitektur og vil også promovere nye kreative møder mellem de deltagende kunstnere.
Værkerne på festivalen trækker på en lang række forskellige referencer og traditioner, og spænder bredt fra den tyske orgel professor Eva Maria Houbens sensible undersøgelser af orglets lufttilstrømninger i værket Air (2014), til Anna von Hausswolffs storladne lydflader som kombinerer kirkeorgelet med elektronik i et komplekst kvadrofonisk setup.
Det er hensigten at berøre den store religiøse tradition for orgelmusik, men fokus er primært på de moderne udforskninger af orgelinstrumentets kraft og klang, og hvordan instrumentets lyd let integrerer i både minimalistiske elektroniske landskaber, sensitiv kompositionsmusik, og performative installationer.
Organ Sound Art Festival har fundet sted hvert år siden 2016, og produceres af KoncertKirkens daglige leder Björn Ross i tæt samarbejder med kurator Jan Høgh Stricker (The Lake Radio, Institut for Dansk Lydarkæologi etc.). Festivalen støttes af en række aktører, organisationer og fonde, heriblandt Statens Kunstfond, Københavns Kommune, Augustinus Fonden, William Demant Fonden, Knud Højgaards Fond, Koda Kultur m.fl.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
