Eftertilmelding vil være mulig indtil den 12. august 2018 mod tillæg på kr. 100,-.
For drenge, piger, mænd og kvinder gælder, at en løfter kan deltage, såfremt vedkommende ikke tidligere har opnået guld, sølv eller bronze ved DM Senior, eller guld ved Begynder-, Ungdom-, Junior- eller B-DM samt Øst/Vest B-Mesterskaber.
For mænd løftes der i følgende vægtklasser:
40 kg – 45 kg – 50 kg - 56 kg – 62 kg – 69 kg – 77 kg – 85 kg – 94 kg – 105 kg - +105 kg
Præmiering mænd
Tokamp: 1, 2 og 3 i vægtklasser (medaljer).
Dagens Bedste Løfter ved min. 5 deltagere (pokal). Beregnes vha. Sinclair-tabellen.
For kvinder løftes der i følgende vægtklasser:
40 kg – 44 kg - 48 kg – 53 kg – 58 kg – 63 kg – 69 kg – 75 kg - 90 kg - +90 kg
Præmiering kvinder
Tokamp: 1, 2 og 3 i vægtklasser (medaljer).
Dagens Bedste Løfter ved min. 5 deltagere (pokal). Beregnes vha. Sinclair-tabellen.
Bedste Klub
Der uddeles pokal til bedste klub. Beregnes efter følgende pointsystem: 10 point for en 1. plads, 8 point for en 2. plads, 7 point for en 3. plads etc. Placeringer for både mænd og kvinder indgår.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
