We had enough people asking us if we were considering a second session of the Penyllan Complete Set! So here we are!
This is the main event for our Danish Surøl Selebration! For the ticket price, you'll get to taste all 15 bottles that Penyllan has released so far! These superstars from the island of Bornholm have fast become one of the most established names in European sour and barrel-aged beer. Come discover why!
* Angela 2015: Stock ale aged on red wine barrels with wild blackberries
* Natalie 2015: Old ale fermented with Belgian trappist yeast, matured in bourbon and cognac barrels
* Roxy Cognac Bordeaux 2015: Old ale aged on cognac and bordeaux wine barrels, blended with sour barleywine
* Roxy Bourbon 2015: Old ale aged on bourbon casks, blended with sour barleywine
* Julie 2015: Single barrel sour ale aged on bordeaux cask
* Julie Red Currant 2015: Single barrel sour ale aged on champagne cask, with red currants
* Nina 2015: Cuvée of three beers aged on Chianti wine barrels, blended with fresh beer (solera method)
* Freya 2015: Dark trappist-style ale and traditional milk stout, matured on a cognac barrel
* Linnea 2015: Wild-fermented brown ale aged on red wine barrels, then exposed to controlled vinegar fermentation
* Eartha 2015: Old ale aged on Chianti foudre with tart cherries
* Laura 2016: Pale ale brewed with juniper and hay, aged in champagne casks. Collaboration with Jester King (TX)
* Terry 2015: Golden ale aged on sherry barrels with wild raspberries
* The Mistress Bourbon 2015: Baltic porter aged on bourbon casks for a full four years
* Carolyn 2017: Golden ale brewed with local wheat and aged in a used red wine foudre for 18 months
* Genevieve 2015: Hoppy golden ale matured in used champagne barrels
The ticket price also includes palate cleansing snacks and of course, unlimited water refills.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
