Kom med på en naturskøn vandring i mindelunden for de henrettede modstandsfolk på den for afslutningen på Anden Verdenskrig. Det var den 8. maj Tyskland accepterede nederlaget og overgav sig endegyldigt.
Området med Mindelunden er en del af det gamle kaserneområde for ingeniørtropperne. Den anden del er en fantastisk naturperle og er en naturpark. Området er oprindeligt sammenhængende og skydebanen hvor de første henrettelser foregik ligger faktisk i Naturparken. Senere blev henrettelserne foretaget længere inde på kaserneområdet, hvor de også blev begravet mere eller mindre tilfældigt i unavngivne grave. Efter befrielsen fandt man stedet og efter et større identifikationsprojekt, besluttede man at begrave langt de fleste af modstandsfolkene igen på stedet og minde dem med en stort anlagt mindelund.
Vi mødes ved indgangen til Mindelunden på Tuborgvej 33 og ender i det grønne i naturparken.
