Torsdag på taget – PRIDE

18. august fra kl. 17.30

Nyd sommersolen på Glyptotekets skønne tagterrasse under Copenhagen Pride, hvor museets café, Picnic, serverer lækker mad og drinks i uformelle rammer med udsigten over Københavns tårne og tage.

DJ Amanda Baun sørger for at sætte den helt rette stemning ved at mixe alverdens stilarter og tage os med på musikalske rejser.

På aftenen kan du også gå på opdagelse i Glyptotekets enestående samlinger, der bl.a. byder på queer ikoner som Antinous og vidner om, at kærlighed og begær siden oldtiden har været mere end blot forholdet mellem mand og kvinde.

Du køber på forhånd billet til hele herligheden, som indeholder:

Billetter refunderes ikke, men må gerne gives videre.

Bemærk, at serveringerne er stående og stemningen er skruet ind på mingling i byens bedste torsdagsbar! Det er selvfølgelig muligt at tilkøbe drikkevarer på aftenen med et dejligt udvalg af vin, øl, lemonader og drinks.

OBS. Ved dårligt vejr rykkes arrangementet ned i Vinterhaven. Det er ikke muligt at få refunderet billetter pga. dårligt vejr. 

ADGANGSFORHOLD: Der er elevator op til tagterrassen, men der er yderligere ti trin op til baren. Arrangementet er som udgangspunkt stående, og der er kun begrænsede antal siddepladser på tagterrassen.

PRIDE OMVISINGER

I forbindelse med Copenhagen Pride kan du også høre mangfoldige kærlighedsfortællinger og queer-læsninger af antikkens skulpturer og mytologiske figurer på vores Pride-omvisninger.

Thursday on the roof - PRIDE

Enjoy the summer sun on the Glyptotek’s beautiful roof terrace during Copenhagen Pride. The museum’s café Picnic will be serving cool drinks and scrumptious food in a laid-back environment where you can enjoy stunning views of Copenhagen.

DJ Amanda Baun will make sure to create the right atmosphere by mixing different styles together and taking us on musical journeys.

Before the event you can enjoy the Glyptotek’s unique collection that includes queer icons such as Antinous and testifies that love and desire since ancient times have been more than just the relationship between man and woman.

Purchase a ticket in advance for the whole delightful event. It includes:
- A meal consisting of three hearty snacks
- A refreshing welcome drink
- Admission to the Glyptotek from 10 am to 9 pm.

The ticket grants you admission to the Glyptotek on the day and includes the menu and a welcome drink.

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be passed on.

If you have a season ticket, you only have to pay for the meal. Purchase your season ticket here.

Please note that this is a standing meal, encouraging you to mingle with the other guests in the best Thursday bar in Copenhagen! Of course, there is also a great selection of wine, beer, soft drinks and cocktails, so you can purchase extra beverages during the evening.

NB. If the weather is bad, the event will be moved down into the Winter Garden. Tickets are not refundable in the event of bad weather.

ACCESSIBILITY: There is a lift up to the roof terrace, but another ten steps up to the bar. It is basically a standing event. There is only a limited amount of seating on the roof terrace.

Guided tour: Pride at the Glyptotek
On the occasion of Copenhagen Pride, join a guided tour that features queer interpretations of ancient sculptures and mythological figures.
