I 2019 sker der noget helt nyt og unikt på den danske livescene. UDGÅRDSFEST 2019 vækkes til live i Pumpehusets fantastiske rammer i weekenden d 31/5-1/6 2019. Over to dage vil Udgårdsfest præsentere et bredt udsnit af rock/metal med fokus på hele Norden. Udgård er i nordisk mytologi jætternes opholdssted og det er lige præcis med den nordiske kultur og mytologi i fokus, at denne to dages rock/metal festival tager sit udgangspunkt.

For the first time ever in Denmark we a proud to announce a two-day event of pagan/folk/viking/black-metal! And it’s really about time!
For two days we will celebrate the Nordic culture and the fellowship within the Nordic countries at Udgårdsfest 2019. The festival will be held for the first time in Pumpehuset in Copenhagen on May 31 and June 1 2019.
As one of the highlights during the first year, we will see the first concert ever in Denmark by Finnish pagan metal heroes Moonsorrow.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
