Smagning.com inviterer igen, denne gang i samarbejde med Restaurant Romarin, til en spændende gourmet whiskymiddag med fokus på nydelse, fremragende kogekunst og sublim whisky.
Denne gang skal vi under ledelse af Dennis Klindrup fra Smagning.com have en aperitif, efterfulgt af en lækker 5-retters menu med udsøgte whiskyer til, og endelig slutter vi af med kaffe/the - med endnu en fantastisk whisky som avec.
Aperitif
En udsøgt irsk pot still whiskey, nemlig Redbreast 15 år. Ifølge irske kilder en af de whiskyer som skotterne konstant forsøger at kopiere – indtil videre uden succes…
Forret
Suppe bouillabaisse de Marseille serveret sauce aioli.
Hertil en irsk whiskey fra Dublin, nemlig en Teeling Plantation Cask.
Mellemret
Confit af andelår med røget andebryst serveret med vindruekompot.
Hertil skal vi nyde en sherrylagret Glenrothes 11 år fra serien Discovery Range fra Gordon & MacPhail.
Hovedret
Kalvemørbrad serveret med svampe og pomme duchesse og peber creme.
Hertil skal vi nyde Smagning.com's egen 21-års "Wardhead" fra den skotske whiskyhovedstad Dufftown.
Efterret
Udvalg af franske og italienske oste.
Hertil skal vi nyde en Compass Box Hedonism. Hvis du aldrig før har smagt ost og grainwhisky (i dette tilfælde med op mod 30 år gammel grainwhisky), vil du efter denne ret forstå hvad du er gået glip af!
Dessert
Mørk chokolade mousse serveret med frisk bær og hindbær coulis.
Hertil en Benromach 15 år - en Speysider i gammel stil. Chokolade og let røg går aldrig af mode!
Kaffe eller the
ledsaget af en Glenfiddich 18 år Small Batch, som afslutter aftenen på værdig vis!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
