Dette event er en del af Aarhus Høstfest, som er en langbordsmiddag for 1.000 mennesker midt i Botanisk Have, hvor 5 restauranter går sammen med hver af deres grønne fællesskab i byen og de dygtigste økologiske landmænd for at give deres bud på en økologisk høstmiddag og vise, hvad land og by kan i fællesskab.
Du kan selv medbringe service til Aarhus Høstfest - men, du kan også leje tallerken og bestik og derved give en hånd til nogle af de dårligst stillede mennesker i Aarhus, som får hjælp og støtte i vores varmestuer eller aktiveringstilbud. Kirkens Korshær stiller nemlig op med en stand på dagen, hvor du kan hente det, du skal bruge til middagen. Det koster 20 kroner, og du behøver ikke en gang at vaske op eller slikke tallerkenen - den afleverer du bare tilbage, når du har spist:) Køb din service-billet på Billetto.dk og kig efter Kirkens Korshærs stand på dagen for at hente din service!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
