Alle koncerter under RMC Afgangsfestival 2021 er kun for publikum, der har reserveret plads på forhånd og som kan fremvise gyldigt coronapas.
- Billetterne er gratis og unummererede
- Du kan kun reservere 1 plads pr. navn/email pr. koncert
- Du kan reservere pladser frem til kl. 12 på den enkelte koncertdag
- DU SKAL IKKE selv printe billetter eller fremvise pdf’er
- Reserverede billetter udleveres på dagen i billetslusen i hovedindgangen til RMC – mod fremvisning af gyldigt coronapas
- Det er IKKE muligt for publikum at komme ind på RMC uden gyldigt coronapas
- Billetslusen er åben hver dag under festivalen fra en halv time før første koncert til en halv time før sidste koncert – kom i god tid, da kø ved billetslusen må forventes
- Billetslusen udleverer kun billetter til den aktuelle koncertdag
- Billetterne skal under festivalen afleveres ved indgang til koncertsalene før hver enkelt koncert
- Det er IKKE muligt for publikum at komme ind i koncertsalene uden billet

All concerts during RMC Afgangsfestival 2021 are only for audiences who have reserved a seat in advance and can present a valid corona passport.
- The tickets are free and unnumbered
- Only 1 ticket can be reserved per person/email per concert
- Ticket booking closes at 12:00 on the day of the concert
- You are NOT supposed to print tickets yourself or present PDFs
- Reserved tickets are handed out at the ticket stand at the main entrance to RMC – upon presentation of a valid corona passport
- It is NOT possible for audience to enter RMC without a valid corona passport
- The ticket stand is open every day during the festival from half an hour before the first concert to half an hour before the last concert – please arrive early, as queues at the ticket stand must be expected
- The ticket stand can only hand out tickets for the current concert day
- During the festival the tickets must be handed in at the entrance to each concert hall before each concert
- It is NOT possible for audience to enter the concert halls without a ticket

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
