Description

Døre kl 20 / koncert kl 21
Bemærk: Koncerten foregår i Musikhuset København på Vesterbro. Unumm. siddepladser.

ALICE arbejder for at udvikle musikken.

In English:
ALICE is proud to launch the new ALICE Works. A series of concerts presenting new compositions and experimental formats from visionary artists.

For the second round of ALICE Works, Danish experimental drummer Anders Bach will present a premiere of a new composition created specifically with Musikhuset København in mind. Strap in for a genre bending journey through the extremes of percussion, mixing death metal, ambient, euro trance, deconstructed samples and more. Anders Bach has invited three of Denmark’s finest percussionists, Anja Jacobsen, Anders Vestergaard og Ying-Hsueh Chen, to perform this piece that he has named “Musik til Gnomen”.

ALICE Works was born from an Open Call initiative launched by ALICE during the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2021. An attempt at developing new music, collaborations and experimental formats in a time of crisis. The concert series will present both Danish and international artists chosen via the Open Call process and will take place during 2021 and 2022.
