Ben Chawes’ (a.k.a. Benni Chawes) anerkendte debut "Up Close” sendte sangeren, pianisten og entertaineren ud på en storstilet turné i 18 lande i Europa, Asien, Mellemøsten, USA og Canada. Han har som en af de få musikere, sunget sin vej ind til Ray Charles’ hjerte og som den første musiker underskrevet en eksklusiv sponsoraftale med Bang & Olufsen.
Nu er Ben Chawes klar med spritnye sange.
Kom og vær med når det famøse Sølyst, Den Kgl. Skydebane i Klampenborg, åbner dørene for en eksklusiv Ben Chawes koncert d. 28 marts.
Chawes kombinerer jazzens finesser og improvisationer med pop’ens tilgængelighed og soulmusikkens varme glød. Stilen er cool, nærværende og helt sin egen.
Man drages af Ben Chawes' dybe varme stemme og hans forunderlige nærværende sange. Men Ben Chawes er mere end bare en sanger. Han kombinerer sit indlysende crooner talent med sin helt egen musiske ingrediens: instrumenter-med-stemmen. Hans talent for at lyde som et helt band, alene med sin mund, er usammenlignelig.
