Børneyoga i Absalon. Forløb hver tirsdag kl. 15.45-16.30.
Vi skal udforske kroppen og lege yogaen ind gennem de forskellige stillinger. Vi skal hoppe som en frø, stå helt stille som et bjerg, balancere som et træ og hvæse som en kat. Vi skal lege, synge og grine, og så skal vi mærke hvor rart det er at ligge helt stille og trække vejret dybt. Hver time er bygget op om et tema og undervisningen tilpasses bedst muligt de deltagende børn. Mens vi laver yoga, sender vi mor og far ud for at drikke kaffe!
Om Maria Jensen der underviser:Jeg er uddannet børneyoga /børne mindfulness instruktør, pædagog og psykoterapeut.Jeg underviser i yoga på en skole og derudover har jeg børn og unge i mindfulness forløb. Jeg elsker at sejle, nyde naturen og høre musik. Musik og naturen vil jeg inddrage i yogaen, sammen med små fortællinger. Jeg ser frem til at opleve yogaens forunderlige univers sammen med jeres børn.

PRØV: Tirsdag d. 13 august er der et åbent hold, hvor dit barn kan komme med og se om det er noget for ham/hende. Pris: 50 kr. Ingen tilmelding nødvendig til denne time, køb blot din billet i baren inden du går op.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
