EVENT DESCRIPTION

A vision of what you want is absolutely essential for ANYTHING you want to do in life. Just think about going to the grocery store without getting an image of the store in your mind. We can’t create a plan of action unless we first have the vision in our minds of what we want.

If you dont have a vision for what a meaningful career would look like for you is it any wonder its hard to get started?

That is how important it is to build a vision. 

And if you want to wake up every morning knowing you’ll be getting into the most important thing you can think of, then you need a vision of it

What if your career could be an expression to the world of what is important to you? how would that look like?

What if your work was personally meaningful to you? How would that feel?

We are at a unique time in human history with unprecedented opportunities to determine what we choose to do with our lives. 

Never before has knowledge and resources been this readily available to as many people as they are today.

This opens up the possibility that YOU can begin to influence how and why you choose to lead your career.

You don’t have to be stuck in a job that feels meaningless to you any more. 

You just need to find out what is important for your to do with your life and build a vision, create a plan and then DO.

Thats what we’ll get into in this 3 hour workshop about refocussing on purpose. This workshop is the third in the series on refocussing your career on purpose. 

I'll be sharing about the journey that took me from being a successful IT-consultant and project manager to building my worklife around a great purpose.

We’ll start at 9.00 with introductions and then dig into why this subject is key to having the career you want.

Then I’ll take you through the 6 step framework to refocussing your career on purpose 

finally we’ll get on with some nice exercises designed to help you build your vision, prioritise and plan actions, and beat procrastination.  some Q&A if we have time.
