CALM-WORKSHOP
Kom til workshop om strikkemeditation med Kristín Brynja Gunnarsdóttir fra Einrúm Garn.
Når man strikker, gentager man den samme bevægelse igen og igen, og netop gentagelsen kan frigøre tankerne og føre til en ro, som for mange er nøglen til lykke.
Under Calm-workshoppen undersøger vi, hvordan brugen af bevidst vejrtrækning, der reguleres af din personlige strikkerytme, kan lede dig mod en personlig opvågning, helbredelse og vækst.
Vi udforsker tre grundlæggende færdigheder til personlig transformation: Bevidsthed (vågn op), afslapning (giv slip) og energi (lad op).
Underviser er Kristín Brynja Gunnarsdóttir fra Einrúm Garn, der har udviklet den særlige Calm-strikkeopskrift, der målbevidst fører en til et stadie af indre ro.
Billetpris: 295 kr (inkl. opskrift og garnnøgle). Medbring rundpind i str. 5 (40 cm).

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
