Lokomotivværkstedet lægger traditionen tro lokaler til verdens bedste gin fest, har vi hørt!
Vi satser også i 2023 på at kunne præsentere op imod 450 forskellige gin og den uundværlige tonic.

Når du ankommer til festivalen, bliver du mødt af vores søde og venlige GinFeer. De vil scanne jeres billetter og guide jer ind i Lokomotivværkstedet. Indenfor vil der være mulighed for at hænge overtøjet i en garderobe, som Lokomotivværkstedet administrerer. Det er naturligvis valgfrit, om I ønsker at benytte den.
Herefter går du over og får dit glas. Det er dit og det er til at tage med hjem. Men husk at passe godt på det, for du får kun udleveret det ene glas. Uheld kan dog forekomme, og et erstatningsglas kan i den forbindelse udleveres.

Dear participant at Copenhagen Gin Fest 2023,
First, a big thank you for participating in this year's festival. We see this as a huge compliment to our event. And for that we are proud.
When you arrive at the festival, you will be greeted by our sweet and friendly GinFairies. They will scan your tickets and guide you into the venue. Inside you will find a guarded cloakroom where you can store your personal belongings, if you prefer.
After arriving at the venue, pick up your personal glas at the glass-section. It’s yours to keep, but do to take good care of it, as you will only be given this one glass. However, in case of a broken glass, please attend the GinFairies for a replacement.
Foreign guests are advised to also bring cash as a backup - since some of our exhibitors aren’t capable of accepting payment by foreign creditcards.

The Spirits Club ApS påtager sig ikke ansvaret for gyldigheden af billetter, der måtte være købt udenom Billetto og The Spirits Club ApS officielle salgskanaler og -steder.
Så køb altid billet(ter) ved en autoriseret billetformidler. Så får du din(e) billet(ter) til den rigtige pris. Og du er sikker på billetternes gyldighed.
Det er desværre ikke muligt at få refunderet sin(e) købte billet(ter) til Copenhagen Gin Fest 2023. Her henvises der til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten.
Ved aflysning grundet evt. nedlukning af samfundet tilbagebetales billettens pris, se venligst Billettos regler herom.
Billetter vundet i en konkurrence kan ikke byttes til kontanter ej eller overføres til andet arrangement i tilfælde af aflysning.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
