IK99 Weightlifting is pleased to welcome you all to Copenhagen Weightlifting Cup 2022.
Dates:
22. January 2022: all lifters
* Weigh-in: 8:00-9:00
** Competition start: 10:00
Copenhagen Weightlifting Cup is a sinclair competition with an overall winner for men and women. This year we also have separate groups for youth/junior men and youth/junior women. These groups will have separate winners.
Number of participants:
Male (all ages): 35 participants (3-4 seeded groups)
Female (all ages): 35 participants (3-4 seeded groups)
* Sales end on: 15th December 2021.
The organizer will use date of birth to separate Youth/Junior lifters from senior lifters. There are no special tickets for Youth/Junior.
In case of more than 35 male and/or 35 female lifters signing up a seeding will be conducted by the organizers. Final lists of participants/groups will be published on 21st of December 2021 at the latest. Priority will be given to foreign lifters due to their travel arrangements.
In case an athlete gets rejected after the seeding, a refund of the base ticket price will be made online to the account that made the payment.
Both Danish and international lifters are welcome to sign up for Copenhagen Weightlifting Cup 2022.
Copenhagen Weightlifting Cup is conducted in accordance with Danish Anti-doping regulations.

Parking fees apply Saturday until 17:00.
Price and payment:
Participant fee: 250 DKK + administration fee (automatically added via the online payment link).
You can enter up to 5 athlete pr. order. You are free to place as many orders as needed. Refunds are not made except to athletes who gets rejected after the seeding. Tickets may not be resold without explicit permission from the organizers.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
