Description
Da ægteparret Rana og Muhkles tvinges på flugt fra borgerkrigen i Syrien, strander den lille familie i hver deres hjørne af kloden. Her starter en ny kamp mod bureaukratiet for at blive genforenet. Alene kæmper Rana nu for at blive sammenført med sine børn i Danmark, men udsigterne virker håbløse i et rigidt og uigennemsigtigt system, hvor man må slås for at blive hørt. I hverdagsøjeblikke, Skype-opkald og hjemmevideoer følger instruktør Mira Jargil Ranas enlige kamp i et nærmest kafkask bureaukrati, hvor selv de bedste intentioner fortaber sig i sagsakter og telefonkøer.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
