Description

En rigtig croissant skal være luftig med en sprød skorpe, og den skal smelte i munden. Duft og smag af en nybagt smørcroissant er en oplevelse i sig selv.

Frédéric vores franske konditorchef med mange års erfaring vil guide Jer igennem alle de forskellige bageteknikker som at folde og rulle dejen, for at lave ægte franske smørbagte croissanter. Der bliver fremstillet i alt 3 forskellige slags croissanter.

Kurset indeholder en pause, hvor der bliver serveret lidt kaffe/te. Croissanterne som du ikke når at spise på kurset bliver pakket i poser, så du kan tage dem med hjem. Du får også noget ubagt croissantdej, som kan fryses og bages derhjemme.

Bemærk
Processen med at lave croissanter er en udfordring og tidskrævende, derfor vil vi gøre forarbejdet for at sikre, at du vil være i stand til at nyde dine croissanter i slutningen af kurset. Men du vil stadig gennemgå alle faser i løbet af kurset.

Der er maximum 8 deltagere per hold.
Niveauet er for begyndere.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
