Country musikken er kommet for at blive og denne aften bliver Lygten Station indhyldet i store læder støvler, kompromisløse cowboybukser og vilde westernlignende hatte.Det danske band, American Ride, er klar med deres debut album efter 8 år sammen og vil give deres bud på hvordan New Nashville Sound lyder.
Gennemtrængende guitar-twang, hvæsende orgel og catchy tunes, er American Ride og de udkommer med deres debut-album, ”Come Over”. American Ride har i de seneste år arbejdet målrettet med at skrive og komponere egne sange med udgangspunkt i deres fascination og kærlighed til genren”Come Over” er bandets helt egen nordiske fortolkning af den fremadstormende genre ”New Nashville Country”.
Med dette album skaber de en stemning af, at man selv i Danmark kan køre i sin truck med solen bagende ned i hovedet, vinden flagrende i håret – fuld volumen på anlægget og i samme sekund lade tankerne få frit spil, mens man bare nyder nuet – sådan føles det i hvert fald at køre med i bandets American Ride!
Albummet udkommer d. 23. marts – samme dag, som der afholdes releaseparty.

Det 7 mand store band har lovet at hive banjoen, mundharpen, gulvbassen, westernguitaren og ikke mindst slideguitaren med på scenen når de opvarmer på aftenen. Der gives garanti for fællessang og fællesskål når salonens herskab indtræder scenen!
