Vi begynder det nye år med et fermenteringskursus. Da vi i forbindelse med Gran Cru dagen i efterårsferien i Nykøbing SJ havde fermenteret 9 forskellige grønsager, 8 Lammefjordsgulerødder og en persillerod skabte det stor nysgerrighed efter selv at lære at fermentere, så nu har vi bedt en af de største eksperter på området Søren Holt om at lave et kursus i fermentering. Det foregår på Egebjerg skole den 4. februar klokken 14 – 17.
Fermenterede grønsager regnes for enormt sunde for vores tarmsystem og man kan fermentere næsten alle slags grønsager, men især rodfrugter og kål er velegnet. Man medbringer selv de grønsager, man gerne vil fermentere. Man bør også medbringe et spækbræt og son yndlingsgrønsagskniv og glas til opbevaring.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
