Hafnia-Gym i Hafnia-Hallen afholder en foredragrække i løbet af foråret og sommeren 2018.
Anders Nedergaard, Per Aagaard, Niklas Meier, Jacob Beermann, Charlotte Krøyer, og Finn Egeberg afholder hver deres foredrag med hver deres fokus, men alle inden for styrketrænings verden.
Emner som: Sportsstøttetræning, ernæring for eliteidrætsudøvere og myter om smerte hører under overskrifterne.
Alle foredragene vil være om onsdagen mellem 19 og 22.
