Come and join the amazing Fresh Food Festival in Denmark from the 21-24th of July 2016. It is a yearly event that celebrates the principles of raw food 80/10/10 style and a super healthy way of living. At the festival, you can enjoy a variety of lectures, sports activities and socializing with other like-minded people, as well as enjoying delicious and simple meals of fresh, ripe, raw fruits and vegetables.

The meals will be 100% vegan which means no meat, fish, eggs, dairy or poultry. Since everything is raw there will be no cooking either and very little gourmet raw food. Instead you will find lots of European and exotic fruits, large salads and dishes like smoothies, veggie stews, zucchini pasta, wraps and dressings.

The festival is also a rare opportunity to meet and hear some of the most insightful and experienced leaders in the 80/10/10 raw food community. Every year we strive to get new and interesting speakers from all over the world and the topics can be things like health, nutrition, personal growth, exercise, parenting, emotions, gardening, food preparation etc.

During the festival, you will be able to participate in many different activities such as yoga, fitness classes, morning runs, ballgames, a talent show, speed dating, a dance class and other activities for no extra fee.

The Fresh Food Festival is for anyone interested in learning about how to lead a super healthy lifestyle, get fit, be a successful raw vegan, meet other fruit lovers and how to make fruit the main staple of their diet. The festival is therefore nicknamed 'the Healthiest Festival in Denmark' or in Danish 'Danmarks sundeste festival'. The festival is also a smoking-, drug- and alcohol-free festival and aims to present a healthful, ethical and sustainable way of living and eating.

LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATION

The festival is held at Osted Efterskole which is normally a bording school for teenagers. The school is located about 30-45 minutes drive from Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark and the airport. The school is surrounded by beautiful nature far away from the city and offers both indoor and outdoor facilities like volleyball, soccer fields, skateboard ramp, sports hall, playgrounds etc. The school is also equipped with a large lecture hall, a dining hall and wireless internet, which is available in most places. The rooms are shared and toilets and showers are located in the corridors. It is also possible to bring your own tent and camp during the festival. DO NOT pay for a volunteer ticket unless you have been accepted as a volunteer.

SINGLE ROOMS

Single rooms are only available if we are not fully booked. In case we sell out you will of course get your money back either for the single room or for the entire ticket depending on your choice.

TICKET AND PRICES

The early bird ticket and the full price ticket include lectures, activities, meals, accommodation in shared rooms and bedding, unless you choose the 'no room' option. 'One day visit' does not include accommodation and bedding either. Children under the age of two can come for free but please let us know if they need their own bed or co-sleep. All prices include VAT (25% Danish moms).

When you have paid you will receive your ticket by e-mail and your name will appear on the 'Who is coming' page a few days later. You can either bring a printed ticket or show it on your mobile device when you arrive.

Please register before July 1st so we will have time to order the food. Rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis and there are a maximum of 150 spaces for the festival. CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your ticket before July 1^st, we will give you a full refund minus 150 kr. Children under the age of 4 are not charged an administration fee for cancelling.

After July 1st the food has been ordered and the rooms and speakers booked so we can no longer give refunds. Regardless of personal circumstances (even if you become ill after that date) we cannot give you your money back as everything will already be booked and paid for.

If you can find someone else who wants to buy your ticket that is fine as long as the new person fills out the registration form and you inform us about the change. The administration fee for a ticket transfer is 105 kr. (about 14 Euro). If you wish to cancel please send us an e-mail at contact@freshfoodfestival.com
