De sidste koncerter på "Gamle Scene", to dage med rock, punk og syre
Til foråret åbner vi det nye spillested Stairway, og derfor slutter vi af med de "sidste to koncerter på gamle scene", når vi torsdag d. 12. og fredag d. 13. dec. byder på det bedste fra den danske garage og syre rock scene.
Denne aften får vi besøg af to bands og en soloartist, der alle har deres rødder i den danske punk og DIY scene.
Orcas
Dansk beat-gruppe dannet i København i 2014. Med smittende energi og åbenlys spilleglæde har ORCAS markeret sig som et af Hovedstadens dygtigste og mest eftertragtede liveorkestre. Orcas er lyden af et steady beat fra en gulvtam og en træbas, knæk-og-bræk-riffs og fede refræner, flænsende guitarsoli og dansk beatpoesi. Debutalbummet 'Tunge Sten' udkom i oktober 2016.
Med tekster om kolde toiletter, våde cigaretter og tunge sten i rygsækken, synger Orcas om og fra unge menneskers liv og skæve tanker; om at vokse op og være til, lige nu og her, med alt hvad det indebærer. Orcas er dansksproget beatrock, og de er kommet for at tage dig med ud at danse hvor du ikke kan bunde.
Big Mess
Big Mess er et band med solide rødder i undergrunden, men med vilje og evne til at nå udover den. De er et punkrock band, men er ikke relateret til nogen form for bølge eller trend, og lyder på ingen måde som hvad man typisk forbinder med punk fra København – hvad end det er K-Town eller Mayhem/Posh Isolation-relateret. Deres sange er personlige, relatérbare, catchy og ekstremt gode.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
