Kom med ind og se den imponerende bolig, som J. C. byggede til sin familie i 1854. Meget er bevaret fra den sene guldalder, bl.a. smukke stuklofter og vægmalerier, og et af højdepunkterne er den søjleomkransede vinterhave, ”Pompeii”. Vi kommer også omkring haven, som over sommeren er blevet genskabt i bryggerens ånd. Villaen har gennem tiden været samlingspunkt for nogle af Danmarks berømteste personer. Først som gæster til J. C. Jacobsens overdådige middagsselskaber og sidenhen har forskere fået fri bolig her, mest berømt nok Niels Bohr fra 1931 til 1962. I dag er villaen ejet af CARLSBERG FONDET og bliver brugt til møder i forskningens navn.
OBS! Alle særåbninger foregår på engelsk, undtagen søndag d. 10/9 og d. 17/9, som begge vil foregå på dansk.
