Der er forårsfornemmelserne på det dejlige gulv i "Knoglestærks" i Søborg.
Kom forbi til en Groovy formiddag, hvor vi får bevæget kroppen på en sjov og befriende måde.Groove er verden nemmeste dans og faktisk super effektiv knogletræning.
Groove er god og sjov motion, du får masser af sved på panden, smil på læben, din sjæl bliver rørt og hjertet bevæget.
Groove er en danseform, hvor du KUN kan gøre det rigtigt. Hele timen guides en fælles rytme med simle trin og bevægelser, til en masse fed musik af alverdens genrer og stilarter.
Groove er for ALLE, det lover jeg!
Jeg glæder mig til at danse med nye og "gamle" i det her skønne sted.
11.00-12.30. Vi danser og afslutter med afslapning.
12.30-13.00. After-Groove med kaffe/the og lidt sund snack.
Praktisk:
Tag behageligt tøj på, så du kan bevæge dig frit og måske lidt lag på lag så du kan tage af og på igen til slut.
God ide at medbringe vandflaske og et lille håndklæde.
Vi danser på bare tæer, medbring indendørs sko, hvis du ved det er bedre for dig.
Alder 18 -95+år
Parkering muligt i gården Nils Bohrs alle 2A og evt på Søborg Hovedgade P-plads overfor Aldi.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
