Håndstand med fokus på arme og skuldre
Denne workshop er for alle, som gerne vil have større kropsbevidsthed. Vi vil arbejde med hvordan vi bruger skuldre og arme i yoga og i håndstand.
Du behøver ikke at have dyrket yoga i mange år for at kunne følge med. Der er plads til alle som gerne vil tage det roligt og dem der har lyst til at udfordre sig selv og arbejde med nye overgange eller andre bevægelser i håndstand.
Kom og vær med - vi lover, at det bliver sjovt og du går glad herfra med en følelse af at have rykket dig.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
