Description
Vandretur igennem Kongens kær og op til Østengård udsigtstårn. Med broer, trapper og plankestier bliver du hjulpet godt på vej ud i en fantastisk palet af naturtyper. Der er høj løvskov, granskov, sump-askeskov med kilder, enge , kær, overdrev, vandhuller og vandløb. Videre forbi Stenager mølle, hvor der holdes en god madpakkepause og forbi Haraldskær Gods, Nørre Vilstrup og hjem til Vejle igen.
De 4 km af turen ved Østengård er en krævende sti og det meste af året er der vådt og fugtigt så passende fodtøj anbefales kraftigt.
Halvdelen af turen er på asfalt.
Vi mødes og slutter på Parkeringspladsen ved Damhaven 12, 7100 Vejle. ( østlige ende af Regionshuset ) ved cykelskuret.
Husk regntøj, Vandrestave er en god ide, 1-2 liter vand, madpakke, og godt humør
