Technology is never a goal in itself, but It can lead to faster delivery, a stronger user experience and improved profit. In order to meet the increased demand for fast delivery, more and more companies work on many projects simultaneously. Development- and technology projects together with products are solved in project organization that becomes more flowing and both should work agile and stable. The ability to manage projects is substantial to the company’s competitiveness.
How do you manage to solve projects? Do you start off well and do you manage to choose the right technical terminology, and also the right approach to the project? You are providers/suppliers or partners, but do you understand how your customers think of projects?
The workshop is created with ENSO.
Dorthe Gude, who is Deputy Director of DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation) Media Production, will, based on one to two models, share her knowledge on working at a high pace of change, while also succeeding with a broad portfolio of products- and technology projects. In particularly, she will talk about the importance of choosing the right language, mindset, rate of speed, project method and not least, being aware of the overall risk exposure.

Dorthe Gude has worked with business development, management and improvement of major production- and project-units in both the television- and film industry. For the past four years, she has worked as Deputy Director of DR Media Production, which is Denmark’s largest media production unit.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
