Grafiske noveller er en populær fortælleform i dag, ligesom den forkætrede kongedatter Leonora Kristina bliver ved med at fascinere. Allan van Hansens første grafiske roman Jammers Minde var hele syv år undervejs og udkom i marts i år med anmelderroser til følge. Den er en bearbejdning af Leonora Christinas dramatiske erindringsroman af samme navn, der også var mangeårig inspirationskilde for udstillingsaktuelle Kristian Zahrtmann. Leonora Kristinas Jammers Minde står i Kulturministeriets Kulturkanon som et hovedværk i dansk litteratur, og Allan van Hansens grafiske roman følger hovedtrækkene i hendes barokværk. Hovedvægten er lagt på den psykologiske udvikling, Leonora gennemgik i de næsten 22 lange år, hun sad indespærret i Blåtårn for formodet medvirken til landsforræderi. Allan van Hansen taler med museumsinspektør Tine Nielsen Fabienke om tilblivelsen af værket og giver eksempler på sin måde at arbejde på.
