Traditionen tro afholdes den årlige kandidatfest på Institut for Statskundskab , og i den anledning vil det glæde Instituttet at se dig til festen.
Kl. 17:00 byder Institutleder Mikkel Vedby Rasmussen velkommen i Christian Hansen Auditoriet 34.0.01 til en festlig time med taler og sange. Familie, venner og andre interesserede er meget velkomne til både arrangementet og den efterfølgende reception.
Traditionen tro holder vi en festmiddag kl. 19:00 på Instituttet for kandidater, specielt indbudte gæster samt vejledere og undervisere.
Praktiske oplysninger:
Køb billet (300 kr.) her for deltagelse i festmiddagen. Vil du ikke med til festmiddagen, men gerne deltage i arrangementet fra kl. 17.00 – 19.00, skal du sende en e-mail til tcb@ifs.ku.dk for at oplyse om dette.
NB! Absolut sidste frist for tilmelding/indbetaling er den 24. april 2018.

The Department of Political Science is delighted to invite you to the annual graduate party on Friday 4 May 2018.
Head of Department, Mikkel Vedby Rasmussen, welcomes participants at 17 PM in the Christian Hansen Auditorium (Building 34.0.01). Family, friends and others interested in participating in the event are most welcome. Light refreshments are served following the ceremony.
Graduates, faculty members and thesis supervisors are invited to participate in a banquet held at 19 PM at the Department.
Practicalities:
To participate in the banquet buy a ticket here (DKK 300). If you only want to attend the Graduation Ceremony (17:00 - 19:00) you must sign-up by e-mail to tcb@ifs.ku.dk.
Please notice that the deadline for registration/buying ticket is April 24, 2018.
P.S. The guest list for the banquet can be found at the Departments homepage after the deadline for registration/ticket buying. Please check if your name is on the guest list. If this is not the case, you should contact the department immediately by sending an e-mail to: tcb@ifs.ku.dk.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
